I ordered a coffee at Pret before and they put milk in it, even though I asked for a black americano. The staff are super busy, and don't always understand the severity of food allergies. Lucky for me on this occasion it was cow milk, however if it was almond milk could of had an serious allergic reaction or anaphylaxis.

Pret A Manger have had many severe allergy incidents in the past and should not be considered a safe place for someone with severe allergens.
