Pizza Hut’s menu shows widespread use of gluten, milk, and soya, with many items either containing these allergens directly or marked with cross-contamination risk (C). Egg appears in dips and some chicken products, and several other ingredients carry “C” for egg. Mustard, celery, fish, and sulphites appear in specific toppings, sauces or meats, with some additional cross-contamination risks present. Check the allergy menu before I ordered online. The rang me back to say they didn’t have ham and what other topping I wanted. Eaten here few times with my nut allergy and great experience.
